A local delivery/service charge of £4.95 will be charged to your order for almost anywhere in the UK. Same Day Delivery to recipients in the UK is normally possible on all flower orders received by us no later than 1.00 pm (GMT). Flower deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK public holidays. Please contact us first, prior to placing any order required at these times to possibly make a special delivery.

We use only the freshest flowers available so varieties and colours may vary!

The AM or PM preference is just that - a preference. We will try to adhere to your request where ever possible. If you require a guaranteed delivery, please add this request on the first page of the shopping cart or phone us.

Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area, will be advised prior to delivery of any additional delivery charges.

In the unlikely event that flower deliveries are not possible on the said date, due to adverse weather conditions, flower deliveries will be made on the next possible day.

Any late orders received after this time will be delivered but may be a few hours late accompanied with a complimentary box of chocolates
